This hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and right on the river bank which is perfect for a morning stroll or just relaxing by the water. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay, and the rooms on the lower floors were perfect for me and my friends with 3 single beds and plenty of space for the kids to play around. Breakfast was also included in the price which was a great value for money.

Spending Christmas in the hotel was memorable. The surrounding is lively with plenty of good eating places. The hotel's location offers easy access to some of the attractions around the city. the room size is good, and the air conditioning works well to cool down the room during humid days.

The facilities desperately need an upgrade. The lift needs refurbishment, and the exhaust fan is faulty, which makes the bathrooms stuffy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Hotel Royale. The carpet looked a bit worn, but overall, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel's strategic location made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The front office staff were polite and accommodating, except for one lady who could have been more friendly. Despite a few minor hiccups, like the broken sink tap and torn towel in the initial room, the hotel quickly offered a better room at a reasonable price. I appreciated their effort to ensure our comfort. The hotel also helped us arrange transportation and even negotiated the fare for us. The attached Kenny Rogers restaurant was a bonus too.

The hotel is at the heart of the city, a stone's throw away from the top attractions in this city, which made it super convenient for me to explore it. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, with impressive views from the window. The air conditioning system was perfect, and I had an extra pillow in the room. The cabinet was spacious enough for my stuff.

Situated in the heart of the town close to local attractions. the staff was polite and helpful during our stay. the room size was spacious, and it had a comfortable bed with a neat and clean bathroom. the hotel offers free parking, free Wi, Fi, and free breakfast which was a plus!

The hotel is a bit old, fashioned and needs to upgrade its facilities. the towels provided were not of the best quality, and they could have added a few more toiletries.
